How do I take the sample course?
If you do not already have an account with e-Learning 4 Therapists you can still sign in as a Guest at no cost. Then from the home page click on the course: Sample Course (Log-in as guest to view for free!) under the title: Sample Course – TRY ME!

How do I purchase a course?
Purchasing a course at eLearning4Therapists.com is easy. From the Home Page under the title “Course Categories” click on the category that best suites your needs. Then choose the course(s) you wish to take from the next page. If you are not logged in you will be taken to a screen to login or to create a new account. After you login you will see the courses purchase page where a description and the cost of the course are given. You can then click the Buy Now! button to purchase the course. Why does it ask me to sign up for PayPal when I try to purchase a course?

What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Do I have to sign up for PayPal when I purchase a course?
No, you do not have to sign up for PayPal or have a PayPal account to purchase a course. We accept all major credit cards along with PayPal. PayPal is a safe and easy way to shop online. You can use your credit card or bank account without exposing your account numbers. You can link your credit card or bank account to your PayPal account so you don't have to enter your card number or address everywhere you shop. Once you sign up for PayPal, you can purchase courses quickly by just using your username and password.

How can I enroll my staff?
You can enroll your staff 2 ways:

1.) Pay for each therapist individually for each course you want them to take. Each therapist will need to be registered with their unique e-mail address by you or them. When payment is submitted for the therapist in the individual course or course package, this automatically enrolls them in the chosen course. Registration can be done at anytime but courses cannot be entered without payment. This works well if you are entering less than 10 people at once and then want to add new staff, one at a time as they are hired.

2.) Send us a list of the therapists and courses for each and we will invoice you for one payment. Once payment is received, we will enroll the therapists in the courses. This works well for groups of 10 or more enrolling at the same time. At the top there are 2 links: one says “Register” for first time users, the other is “Login” for returning users. The therapists can register anytime and don’t need to pay at the time of registration. Payment only needs to be made to enter a course. You may want to encourage the therapists to register as soon as they can so their names are in the system to match to your list when payment is received and so that enrollment is completed in a timely manner.

How can I view my course completion certificate?
In order to view your certificate for a course, you need to:
1. Complete all of the lessons and required course activities associated with that course and receive at least a 70% grade
2. Complete the short course evaluation at the end of the course
Once you do that, you can go to the courses home page and click the link ‘Certificate: [course name]’ If you are still unable to view your certificate, make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader.

What is a CEU? How many course hours/credit hours are the courses?
A CEU is a Continuing Education Unit and is defined as ten hours of participation in a recognized continuing education program. So if your certificate says .1CEU, that is equal to 1 hour.

How do I access my courses?
From the e-Learning 4 Therapists site home page and any course home page, you can find the 'My Menu' or 'My Courses' box on the left side of the page. This menu provides links to every course that you are enrolled.

I forget my username or password, how can I log in?
If you forget your username or password, you can always go to the Forgotten Username/Password page and follow the steps to retrieve this information. Note: you will be sent an email to the email address that is associated with your account.
